We're partnering with an innovative Agribusiness Solutions company that is seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Sales Coordinator to support their ERP software sales team. This is a critical and dynamic role that bridges the sales and customer experience functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technology or software sales environment and will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager, Marketing Manager, and Accounting team.
You will be responsible for a wide range of essential functions, from coordinating all sales logistics to assisting with recurring billing and collections. This includes scheduling demos, preparing proposals, managing sales calendars, and coordinating follow-ups. Critically, you will also be key to the company's relationship with
Microsoft, assisting with maintaining the AI Cloud Partner Program status and administering customer software licensing.

Critical Function: Ensure smooth operations by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating all logistics, and serving as a central point of administrative contact.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the accounts receivable process for software subscriptions and new purchases, proactively managing collections, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Microsoft Partner Focus: Play a vital role in maintaining the company’s status within the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and managing customer software licensing within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Customer Focus: Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and billing, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
You're a strong match if you have:
2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in software or technology sales.
A strong understanding of
CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 Sales, Salesforce) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Experience with the
Microsoft partner ecosystem and licensing (e.g., Partner Center, CSP program) is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
