Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join our diverse team. The successful candidate will manage large and complex

Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

Leadership Role: Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support.

Strategic Impact: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.

Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Growth & Mentorship: Act as a bridge between consulting leadership and consulting team members. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Adherence to Best Practices: Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and project governance standards.

You're a strong match if you have:

Experience: 7+ years of experience managing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) projects.

Project Track Record: A proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Implementation Success: Successfully completed at minimum 2-3 Dynamics BC / NAV projects from project initiation through go-live.

Certifications: PMP certification is preferred.

Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies such as Azure and Power Platform.

Functional Knowledge: Experience with two or more Microsoft Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, and Service Management.

Travel: The ability to travel up to 50%.
