We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead/Lead Developer to drive complex software initiatives, provide architectural guidance, and ensure seamless execution across large, cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on leadership, deep technical insight, and a strong ability to manage projects from concept to delivery—including overseeing builds, gathering feedback, and resolving critical technical issues.
Job responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end enterprise software project execution across multiple teams.
Provide technical and architectural guidance to development teams.
Oversee system design decisions, code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Facilitate and lead sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies for large-scale teams.
Perform production and development builds and assist in resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and delivery goals.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
Ensure continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and retrospectives.
Proactively identify risks and remove roadblocks to meet deadlines.
Stay informed about industry best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in software development, project management, or technical leadership.
Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-grade projects.
Strong architectural and system design experience.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaling Agile for larger teams.
Hands-on expertise with:
Backend: Node.js
Frontend: React JS, React Native
Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL
Cloud: Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS
Open Source Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Nginx, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and modern deployment practices.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the full stack.
