A leading manufacturer is hiring an Operations Finance Manager to drive financial costing, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory analysis across Finance and Operations. This role blends deep expertise in cost accounting with process improvement and ERP (Dynamics 365) support to deliver accurate insights and strengthen financial performance.
Role Highlights
● Manage BOM standards, scrap factors, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate inventory costing
● Provide variance analysis, purchase price insights, and daily soft close visibility into operations and conversion costs
● Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for operations and raw material expenses
● Document and monitor internal controls, inventory policies, and procedures
● Support ERP (Dynamics 365) and related MES/CMMS data integration and reporting
● Partner with Operations and Engineering to analyze inventory losses and provide decision-making insights
● Mentor and develop Finance team members, fostering continuous learning and performance

Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
● 5+ years of cost accounting experience with prior supervisory background
● Strong knowledge of inventory costing, variance analysis, and manufacturing processes
● Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, macros, VBA a plus)
● Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365; Power BI and Power Automate a plus
● Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements
