You will manage the Go-To-Market (GTM) Business Intelligence (BI) Platform, including visualization, ETL, and database systems. You will ensure smooth workflows that help enable and empower the Sales, Product, Finance, and Leadership teams to retain and grow revenue. You will work closely with other members of the Revenue Operations team, Sales and Sales Support Leaders, and Finance to optimize the GTM BI Platform. This is a key role that will increase data visibility and help client-facing teams focus their time on driving revenue and supporting clients.

Responsibilities

Business Ownership: Own the company’s GTM BI Platform, manage a team, and be responsible for revenue tracking and understanding the order-to-revenue process.

  • Data Accuracy: Troubleshoot and ensure all partner revenue is accurately displayed within the BI platform.

  • Architecture and Integration: Oversee the development of end-to-end data pipelines, schemas, and ETL processes to unify disparate data sources into a reliable BI environment.

  • Data Migrations: Manage and execute large-scale data migration projects and other complex assignments.

  • Data Governance: Implement best practices (taxonomy, naming conventions, documentation) to ensure consistency and reliability across all reporting.

  • Report Logic Standardization: Drive standardization of reporting logic across multiple products, ensuring alignment, attribution logic, and calculations.

  • Data Integration: Prepare and integrate external datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into analytics workflows.

  • Data Quality: Implement QA processes and anomaly detection to safeguard data integrity across all deliverables.

  • Revenue Reconciliation: Oversee the monthly reconciliation process to ensure all booked revenue is accurately captured, validated, and aligned across CRM, BI, and Finance systems.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to drive adoption of data solutions and workflows.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of experience in BI, Database Management, or related roles.

  • Leadership: Experience overseeing BI Platforms and managing a team.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Media/AdTech industry with deep knowledge of Programmatic, DaaS, and Project concepts.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong understanding of CRM database structures, object relationships, and reports.

    • Expertise in visualization and dashboard creation; Power BI is preferred.

    • Proficiency with BI tools (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, Looker, etc.).

    • Experience with databases and ETL (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, BigQuery, etc.).

    • Strong understanding of the Ad Tech and Media landscape, specifically Audience and Measurement reports across various platforms.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.

  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to troubleshoot for complete accuracy.

  • Education: A BA/BS with a focus on Data, Business, or related experience.

  • Location: Must live within 50 miles of the NYC office and work in-office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday)
