● Has spent the last 3 years as an independent consultant, consistently contracted to a

prior employer as a Director of Data Analytics & BI, providing guidance to C-suite

leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.

● 5–6 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O, including full lifecycle implementation

leadership and ongoing operational oversight.

● Strong Power BI expertise: built modern reporting stacks, executive dashboards, and

layered Power BI on top of SQL-based data environments for strategic insights.

● Deep SQL experience, including writing thousands of queries and building semantic

layers for enterprise reporting.

● Experience working within Azure environments as part of data, analytics, and ERP

initiatives.

● Post-acquisition systems integration experience, aligning data, reporting, and operations

across merged entities.

● Some exposure to AI tools for business use cases and early-stage AI implementation

exploration.
